Sophomore Spring Classes
Introduction to Clown: Every Monday and Wednesday morning for two hours I put on a clown nose and learn to be funny. Lessons include: How to Fail at Putting on a Jacket, How to Trip and Slip, and How to Understand Laughter.
Intermediate Electricity and Magnetism: This class is just a lot of math and mind-blowing physics. Great teacher, great subject, insane concepts.
Acting II: I am working on two scenes with two great partners. 1. Giurgis's "Our Lady of 121st Street" 2. Williams's "Summer and Smoke" Both scenes are pushing me to experience a characters with incredible awareness and confidence that I must work to embody.
NSC: I am working on a portfolio of my work in science communication! (Link to come.)
Ballet: What else is new.
Voice: I have been singing a both classic arias and Musical Theatre ballads.
Computer Science: Learning to code in Java! Turns out there is a such thing as a coding high whenever your code finally works.
